Dear Vendors:
North Wales Borough invites sealed proposals for Energy Conservation Services, in accordance with the provisions in the Request for Qualifications, Terms and Conditions, Instructions to Proposers, as set forth herein and Pennsylvania State Law.
Proposals must be identified as a sealed proposal in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for submitting proposals. Please provide three (3) copies. Proposals will be received by the Borough until 12:00 PM on September 20, 2022. Only names of companies submitting will be read at that time. Proposals shall be shown only to personnel having a legitimate interest in them or persons assisting in the evaluation.
The Borough will not be responsible for the pre-opening of, post-opening of, or failure to open a proposal not properly addressed or identified.
